Dildos and Vibrators are toys used by adults for sexual related purposes. This includes masturbation, oral sex, and vaginal sex. Different people use dildos and vibrators in many different ways, which include sex with ones self or sex between a group of people. There is only one distinct difference between dildos and vibrators. Some vibrators are battery operated and others are electric, and they vibrate of course. The vibration aspect is to increase stimulation of a desired body part, such as the vagina, clitoris, anus, mouth or any other erogenous part of the body. They can also be used as a massage device. Vibrators are phallic-shaped, but they do come in other shapes. Dildos are totally controlled buy the hand of the person that is using it. The speed and motion are strictly up to the individual. Dildos can also be strapped on for sexual penetration. They are also phallic-shaped. Dildos and Vibrators come in many odd shapes, colors and sizes. There are many to choose from.



The History of Dildos


Where did dildos and vibrators come from you might ask? We'll the term "dildo" was originally used to refer to the phallus-shaped peg which was used to lock an oar in position on a dory or small boat. The boat had a hole on the side, in which the "dildo" would be inserted. Others say the word stems from the italian "diletto"(for "delight"). Dildo first appeared in the english language in 1616 in the published book The Alchemist. The term "Dil Doul" which refers to a man's penis, appears in the 17th century folk ballad "The maids complaint for want of a Dil Doul" The term "doul" still means a childs little penis in modern persia.

The siltstone 20-centimeter phallus is the worlds oldest known dildo, which was found 3o,ooo years ago in Hole Fels Cave near Ulm Germany. Eygptians used dildos 2,500 years ago. Sex toys were also used by ancient Greeks.


Dildo Material


The first dildos were made of tar, stone, wood, and lacquered wood with textured surfaces. In 1966 Ted Marche pioneered the manufacturing and distribution of rubber dildos and various sex toys. As you can see dildos and vibrators have been around for centuries.
